Getting There

Travel to the NEC

The event will take place at NEC, Birmingham.

North Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham, B40 1NT

Registration will take place in the Gallery Suite area.

By car

You’ll find the NEC clearly signposted from all motorways and major routes including the M42, M40 and M6 - just pop B40 1NT in your sat nav. When you arrive at the NEC don’t follow your satnav anymore, look out for the Q Community event name on the signs. Then, simply jump on our free shuttle bus or take a leisurely stroll along our signposted footpaths.

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue.

By train

Getting to the NEC by train is brilliantly easy as it is located a five-minute walk away from Birmingham International Railway Station. Direct services run all day, however if you’re travelling from further afield you may need to catch a connecting train at Birmingham New Street, which is less than a 15-minute journey away. (Please check your train times in advance to avoid delay).

Discounted advanced train fares are still available via Trainline.com and we encourage you to book your travel as soon as possible.

By bus

Jumping on a bus in Birmingham City Centre? You’ll want the X1 service (every 15 minutes) or the 97A (every 30 minutes). Local services also run from Solihull (966) and Coventry (900).

By air

If you're flying, simply take the free and fast air-rail link to Birmingham International Railway Station located at the upper level of Terminal 1. The train runs every two minutes and only takes 90 seconds. When you arrive just head straight through to the NEC.
